Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your email accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail box to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your e-mailboxes against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming messages based on specific rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply choose the mailbox you want to redirect messages from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
